Kris Hopkins, MP for Keighley and Ilkley, joined Ilkley Windows’ showroom manager Janine Roberts and customers to officially open the brand new conservatories and refurbished showroom last weekend.  Mr Hopkins MP was happy to show his support for a successful local business which has exciting plans for its future.

The company has invested heavily in its showsite on Leeds Road in the last few months to include a number of new conservatories, new bi-folding doors and an extensive range of window and door displays, with styles and colours to suit all tastes and homes.

Janine Roberts, Showroom Manager at Ilkley Windows, said:   “We had a very busy weekend and it was great to be able to show our MP Kris Hopkins and a number of interested homeowners what we offer.  Our aim is to inspire our customers with the very best of what is available in windows, doors and conservatories.”

Customers were given a demonstration of the new Loggia roof system, which is renowned for creating stunning conservatories and extensions. Loggia combines the best of British building excellence with Italian styling to make conservatories and orangeries simply beautiful, whilst being warm in winter and cool in summer to create an all-year round usable and comfortable living space.

In addition to the stunning Loggia, Ilkley Windows’ showroom features two other styles of conservatory.  The Garden Room is of a design that is becoming hugely popular as customers are recognising how they can extend their living area with a space that is cool in summer and warm in winter.  Garden Rooms feature a solid tiled roof, with a choice of roof tile options to complement a property.  Customers can choose to have a new Garden Room fitted by Ilkley Windows or to have their existing conservatory upgraded with a lightweight tiled room to provide comfort and energy efficiency benefits.  All roofs come with a 10 year guarantee.

The showroom also features a brand new Gable-style conservatory with veranda in Chartwell Green.  This authentic country cottage colour is suitable to traditional or country homes, where it is important that the conservatory complements and blends in with its surroundings.

Visitors to the open weekend also had the chance to view the popular Residence 9 range of authentic 19th century-style flush sash windows that are widely used in country homes and other homes of distinction.

The weekend was also the chance for Ilkley Windows to launch a competition with the chance to win a composite door from its range worth £800*.   In addition, customers who order a Loggia conservatory during April 2015 receive a free LivinLight.

Customers who visited the showroom at Ilkley Windows’ open weekend were also treated to displays of the most popular window colours and finishes in PVC-u, including wood-effect, standard white and Chartwell Green.   The showroom also displays a stunning range of composite doors – featuring both the leading Solidor and Distinction Doors brands, which offer unbeatable thermal efficiency, low maintenance and security.

Ilkley Windows is a well established family owned business that has served Ilkley and its surrounding areas for over 40 years. Its range includes windows, conservatories, doors, bi-folds, and roofline in a variety of materials such as timber, aluminium, PVC and glass-reinforced plastic.
